Billing Support

Subscriptions

TargetAtlas Pro memberships are processed through Stripe. The monthly or annual price shown at checkout controls the billing interval and amount for your subscription.

Signed-in Pro members can manage billing, invoices, payment methods, and cancellations from My TargetAtlas.

Cancellations

You may cancel a paid membership through the Stripe billing portal when available on your account. Cancellation timing and access through the end of a paid period are handled by Stripe and the subscription settings active at the time of cancellation.

If the portal is unavailable or confusing, contact us and include the account email used for checkout.

Refunds and Duplicate Charges

If you purchased by mistake, were double charged, forgot to cancel, or are unhappy with the service, contact us promptly. We will review the situation in good faith.

Duplicate charges and clear billing errors are the strongest refund cases. Other refund requests may depend on timing, account activity, payment processor rules, and whether the subscription has already provided paid-period access.

What To Include

For billing help, include your TargetAtlas account email, the approximate charge date, the last four digits of the card if relevant, and whether you are asking about cancellation, duplicate billing, refund review, a missing receipt, or subscription access.
